At TakeForYou, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped shortly after; estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location, although delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high demand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with occasional free shipping promotions available. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery in real time. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen, but if you experience any issues, you can contact our support team for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
At TakeForYou, we accept returns and exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within a few days of delivery; to request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with proof of the issue, and once approved, we will provide further instructions. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by us. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
